Are my items microwave safe?

No.

Can I put boiling/freezing water or food things in my items?

Yes but not one right after another. I would advise against having hot thing, then immediately cold things in any of your items. For instance if you like iced coffee, let the liquid cool down before adding ice as to not shock the piece.

What do i do if my item arrives cracked or broken?

Please immediately notify us and we will get another one sent out to you as soon as possible.
